Perhaps you should look elsewhere...
* Pet-friendly building, but in May of 2004, a woman got trapped in the elevator after it broke and her dog was killed. Rumor has it that they've worked on the elevator since then, but they never apologized to her and blamed the accident on her (!'!'). A lot of us were appalled.
* High utility bills. *Decently friendly maintenance staff, but not always the most knowledgable.

The management and land lady Martha Roney are a joke. I lived at ocust point when the dog was killed, it was not only really sad but a real safety issue. Also, the apartments are Super cold in winter, walls are thin, management is unresponsive, apartments are overprized.
