Locust Point Apartments

renters beware! From: tiger1968@hotmail.com Date posted: 7/15/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   Exceptioally bad management, we lived at Locust Point for 3 years and services really deteriorated trigegring us to terminate the lease. The washer mahine flodded 4 times and was never repaired, the maintenance staff was not responsice, other tenants dogs pooped on the carpet in the hallways without the management taking action. Furhermore, on mischief night 30 cars in the garage were vandalized causing tenenats costs of thousends of dollars. Again the management was not responsive. Unless you want to get angry and annoyed a lot , don't move to Locust Point.
