My roommate and I lived in Locust Point for a year and would have recommended it to anyone before it was sold to a condo company. The management has become very unresponsive to tenants now. They are repointing the brick on the facade, and it's incredibly noisy, starts before 7 AM, and has been going on for over a month. There has been no response to our several complaints. I don't know that they'll take renters after all the units are sold, but we will definitely not be staying when our lease is up in a month.

Just as an added note...after many complaints the condo company gave us $500 off our last month's rent for signing a waiver saying we wouldn't be buying our unit. I was happy with this, but would have been happier without the noise in the first place.
