you can hear neighbors walking up & down their stairs; phones' ringing in other units; i can't agree more with the prior complaintant about dogs, what a joke with these tissue dividers called walls; one man maintenance staff is suspect although you'll know when he's around b/c the entire hallway will reak of smoke; management seems to spend all of their time at packard building; leasing office will say they rarely field calls about noise; constant turnover and always numerous vacancies; unfortuately the lofts were not built with any regard to sound proofing and have been neglected over the years; archaic appliances; neighborhood is lacking; everything's a drive
