Loft At Logan View

Nice looking, but no hot water and very noisy!!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/4/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I signed a one year lease and it's going to be a *very* long year! The apartment is nice looking, but you can hear everything your neighbors do. I do mean *everything*! You can hear constant creaking from people walking above and hear complete conversations of the people living below. There is a total of 10-12 mins of hot water when you take a shower. The kitchen appliances are also old. It's a shame because this building could be so nice. The maintenance staff, front desk and management are all very nice people. The building is just not meant to be inhabited!
