The apartments are well-maintained and the staff is certainly very nice and friendly. Some apartments have good views. Hot water is a problem (there just isn't enought). Problems are handled VERY promptly.
The one MAJOR problem is that the walls are paper thin as is the ceiling. You will hear EVERYTHING that your neighbors do. Some people care about that, some don't. If you care about things like that - live somewhere else. If having a good staff and quick repairs is more important, this is a good place.
