I've lived here for about more than a year now and the biggest problem for me was the noise from the neighbors.

1. You can hear there surround sound when they're watching movies or playing music. It's been relatively quite now after complaining to the management. I recently had to call the front desk for the same reason and was told that they can't do anything before 10:30 by law. So, when you hear loud music or noise and want to go to bed before 10:30, you better wait and prey for that time to come soon!!

2. The walls are so thin that you hear your neighbor??s washing machine running, toilet flushing and garbage disposal motor from the bedroom.

Overall the apartment itself is nice with new appliances and clean bathroom for being new in the market. As for the location, it's not safe with cars getting broken into when street parked!

If noise level is important and if your unlucky like me to have neighbors who has surround sound, this is not your ideal apartment.
