Below Average From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/19/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   I would have to give the apt a C- overall. The chatter and expectations were high when I moved in but the reality was far less than I expected. Beyond the fact that the amentities were not as promised, the location of the complex is poor at best...I had alot of visitors experience damage to their automobiles, and if you wanted to use SEPTA you were putting yourself at risk anytime after 8PM. The leasing staff was subpar, the service and front desk staff were above average.
