Great Place to Live! Gym Rocks! Parking is a Huge Bonus! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/16/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   I have been living at Lofts 640 for 2 years and was one of the first residents to move in to the building. They definitely have had some issues with the construction getting completed on time but I have to say the staff has always handled every problem I've had in a timely manner. When I moved in I was aware that there would be construction and they gave me a rent discount for that. Now the construction is finished and I feel that for what I am paying I am getting a great deal. Tons of space, parking included, pool and a kick ass gym for a gym rat like me. There is a restaurant in the building now too. Kinda expensive, but really good. Overall, I think the building is clean, it is a safe area to live in, my view is HOT...I can see center city and the BF bridge.
