So Happy I chose this place

I just got to Philly from LA and was searching for places for about a week and it was between Lofts 640 and another spot in the city. The deal closer was everything that Lofts 640 includes with the rent, especially indoor parking. I had a minor problem with my dishwasher when I moved in and maintenance took care of it within about 3 or 4 hours...not too bad. Lofts 640 is really a great place to live.
