lofts 640 From: xdanoodlex@hotmail.com Date posted: 12/28/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   Pros: fairly new place, modern decor, staff are quite "friendly" one might even be ---, the pool at the top is great and so is the gym and jacuzzi. separate moving elevator, gated perimeter, 24 hr front desk, parking cons: the orange makes it feel like you're living in prison if you have a good imagination, area is a little shady, know how to protect yourself and car, don't live near the corners or the east sied, a lot of cops patrol broad st. makes the noise really annoying, a little bit pricey, lots of dust due to factory conversion', high ceilings make electric bill for heater around 150 a month, pay for parking if more than 1 car aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
