We like living here very much. The studio was clean and is very low maintenance. We've never had a maintenance problem-everything works and no pest problems. The guys at the front desk are friendly and very helpful. Receiving packages is very easy. The studio is very bright and we love the large windows. The closet is spacious. The location is great-everything is so close and convenient. Moving in was easy with the freight elevator. We chose not to get the indoor parking, but if you get the "6" tag for your car you can usually find a spot on the street nearby.
The biggest drawback is that the windows are extremely drafty in the winter so be prepared to insulate them yourself or pay a high heating bill. The windows definitely need to be updated. Another drawback was that sometimes we'd get a cigarette smell from one of our neighbors-but that is the fault of the neighbors.
