I am sorry to have to leave....

I moved to Philadelphia in June 2003 from Texas and found this fabulous building. I have lived in at least 10 apartments in my life and this is by far the nicest apartment I have ever lived in. The ceilings are high, the windows are huge and all the fixtures are modern. I don't mind having to pay a little extra for this awesome location. I have not had any maintenance problems and the staff make it enjoyable to live here. If you're lucky, you can get a parking spot behind the building, which is nice. I am moving back to Texas and I am sorry to have to move!
