Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
Great location if you work in the financial part of the city. 2 min walk to Market Street.The building is well maintained and as it is only approx 4 years since it was renovated it still has that new feeling.
Majority of the residents are young professionals. The only noise we ever hear is an ocassional door banging, nothing too intrusive.Oh, the air conditioner is pretty loud.
Good sized gym that never gets overcrowded.
Staff are great,very friendly and helpful.
Down-sides, parking is expensive.
