Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
 
I have been a resident for 3 years and the very good office staff have been replaced by very poor office staff. Unhelpful, unpleasant, unprofessional. Front of house staff 1st class. Building nice, but being brought down market by convenience store and sports bar. No longer worth the premium prices.
