I've lived here 2 1/2 years now and I've seen this place go from a gem to just another building. I agree with the other reviewer that the management office has gone downhill. They use to be great but the new people are unhelpful and have no interest in you unless your a potential renter. They are pimping out the building to a restaurant and the parking lot to whoever pays. This means if you leave during the day plan on parking on the roof and dealing with rain etc when you come back (all this for $250/month). At night its fine cause all the day people are gone and its just residents. Maintenance is great and front desk people too. Apartments and facilities are lovely, but the direction things are headed isn't good.
