The Lofts at Arch are an awesome place to live! I have lived here for almost a year and I am very happy with my experience so far.

The front desk people are always friendly and make it a point to know you by name.

The maintenence department will go above and beyond to help if something should ever happen although it is rare that you will need anything fixed. Once, my car battery went dead and the maintenence manager spent almost an hour with me until the situation was resolved and I was able to get to work.

The office staff is always courteous and fun to work with. Lisa is especially friendly, helpful, and personable.

In addition, the building is secure, quiet, convenient to Rittenhouse Square and the Art Museum area. The building has a gym with TVs that is never crowded and plenty of closet space and additional storage if you need it.

Also, if you like to go out, the Public House is right around the corner and the Mission Grille is on the first floor of the building (it's not a sport's bar-it's a pretty nice restaurant)

Every time I invite people over, they comment on how nice my view is and how my apartment is so spacious. It's worth every penny and I was lucky to get an apartment here because they go very quickly once they are available.
