Nice Place...Bad Management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/26/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   Like some previous reviewers, I feel that the building is headed the wrong way. The building is very nice, and the front door and maintenance staff are very nice. Management also used to be nice and helpful, but there has been a change about a year ago. The new manager is confrontational and unhelpful. Potential renters get lots of attention, current ones only get "notices". The new convenience store and bar/restaurant did bring down the quality of the place, where you are now greeted by a row of smokers from the bar hanging out at the building's door. With the presence of the bar (and direct access between the bar and the elevator bank) I believe that security has come down: I have on occasions seen people get into the building this way.
