I have lived at the lofts for several years and recently moved out. I def recommend the building the staff and maintainence are all very friendly especiallz Karl and Kenny who respond quickly to anything that may arise. The building is def one of the best built in Philly. Only negative I can say is that they have a cheap convenience store which moved into the building and that def cheapens things they also have loud bar downstairs which causes people to smoke outside and means that they got rid of the apt building s communal space and have not yet replaced it.
