True, the people in the property management office haven't been the most helpful, but truly, how often do you really need to work with them anyways. They easy to deal with when you're trying to get an apartment in the building, and I feel that's good enough for me. The maintenance and front door people are who I now deal with as a tenant, and they're really helpful and very prompt about notifying you of packages or replacing light bulbs. The location is very convenient because you're about 10 blocks from Chinatown, 2 blocks from the subway, 6 blocks to Whole Foods or Trader Joe's and it's fairly quiet in the evenings. It doesn't quite have the quaint feel of the Fitler Square area but for the price it's a great place and less expensive than the River Loft.
