My wife and I have been living in the Lofts for 2 years now. We were very excited when we actually got a place here, since this is one of the most sought after apartment complexes in Center City. After having been here for 2 years, we love this place even more!

The staff and management here is absolutely the best! Having lived in nice apartment complexes on both coasts for over 8 years now, I can say this with authority. Every single person you interact with - from the people at the front desk to the property manager, are warm and courteous.

The building itself is very well maintained - every single request you make is tended to immediately. Being a historic building, it is very well kept and there have rarely been instances of any repairs being necessary. Our friends love to visit us and it is a joy to host them here. The newly opened conference room is a hit with all residents since it offers wi-fi and a large plasma TV.

All in all, this is the best place you can find to live. On a price-performance basis, this place is off the charts!
