I've been living in the Lofts at Arch for just over 4 months now. The building is very clean and well maintained, and the staff is very helpful. Maintenance requests can be submitted online (the two minor ones that I submitted had been fixed the following day) and rent can be paid online as well. Bottom line, they really seem to go out of their way to make things as easy as possible to tenants. I would recommend this building.
