The apartments are nice, but the price you'll pay is too high. The price of the constant harassment with the maintenance guy Louis or the Building Supervisor Anitra. The security cameras are suppose to be for surveillance but instead they use it to see who you're bringing into the building, or what you're bringing into the building. If your car is broken into, they'll say the camera was out of range. Constant notes in your door. These people are coming in your apartment looking through your clothes, and drawers to see if you have long term guest staying with you. Stealing Items out of your apartment. The Rent goes up every year. The Garage just went up. If you park on the street, your car will get broken into. If you park in the garage, without a permit, they will tow your car. They see that the cars are being broken into so they go up on the garage fees to $50 added on to your rent. If you play loud music they attach $150 infraction fee to your rent. They have a trash shoot, if you have items too big for the trash shoot you have to figure out away to dispose of it yourself, although you have trash fees which is attach to your rent. I broke out with some type of rash that keeps coming back from this building. I spoke with some neighbors and they said they have the same thing. Four people in the building has Cancer, and didn't have it before living here. This place is the worse!!!
