i am really surprised about from reading these scathing reviews! i am a tenant and i have not had anyone enter my apartment without notice or noticed anything removed from my apartment as of yet. i do agree, anitra is a ----- and seems to be worried about all the wrong things, but yet, i gave never had a major problem with her. and RASHES! OMG i have not had anything of the sort but am very surprised and mold is a definite issue that can be deadly. the building is usually quiet, i have not had any break-ins in regards to my car but i do park n the garage at times.

and furthermore, i thought that this was a rent controlled building and all of the apartments were the same price....and with that being said u are not supposed to make over a certain amount of money to live here and yet, they are always luxury vehicles parked outside. lol

but pleaese, i would love to hear more of your experiences at the Lofts"!

The property manger ANITRA is very hateful person. I have apply to this place on my income but when I got approve for the apartment. She wanted more information that was not require to get the apartment. But I guess she saw a young Black Brother doing for himself. I felt she was being very hateful. But if anyone plans to move here please investigate about this and the requirement.
