This building is a steal in Philadelphia. But there is too much you have to put up with for the low price. All units are 2 bd 2 bath with $790 rent. Area is very shady! First the interview process: 6 months checking statements, 1 month savings, job verification! All easy to get around, but after one year, you have to produce all the same information no matter if you're moving or staying!!! You can only move in during the week from 9 am to 3:30 pm! How can you do this if you work''!'! Constant inspections! Walls thin as paper! Fire alarms in the middle of the night make this a true dormitory experience. Kids run rampant thru the building. Maintenance serves more as a spy than maintenance! Crazy neighborhood kids slash tires! It's not worth it! Move somewhere you'll feel comfortable handling your business because everybody is watching at "the lofts!"

Can I have your apartment? I love the apartments there but there are 24 other people waiting to move into the Lofts and it is great that because it is affordable housing the rent would never be comparable to rent at similar locations. The size of the units, the location and the professionalism of the staff looks great to me. Can I have any of you guys appartment?
