I have read these reviews and I feel like this is unjustifiable.Things happen,no matter where you think you live.With all due respect, the building is affordable housing.I have been there for processing, which is required, not by Ms. Anthony, but by the program. I was well informed at the very beginning and throughout this process. Ms. Anthony was very professional at all times and did not at anytime act in a derogatory manner. I feel that these accusations are biased. The staff was and has been professional at all times. I think people should realize that we all have jobs to do. Attitudes are contagious, is your attitude worth catching'
