There are many variables that come into play when someone decides where they want to live. Is it affordable according to my income, accomodatons/ammenities, location, access to transportation if I have no vehicle. Is it a good place to raise my family' (etc.) When one makes a decision to live somewhere these are just a few things they may want to consider before making that move. For all who do not know, when you move into any type of managed AFFORDABLE HOUSING there are qualifications and regulations that come with that package. I had really considered the Lofts as a place I would want to live. The units are spacious and well thought out. When you enter the lobby the decor is pleasant and clean. The neighborhood is stigmatized because it is a part of North Philly, but its not much different then parts of Center City if you ask me. Also remember this was once a vacant warehouse! The constuction was immpressive for what this place once was. The process that I encounterd with management was very competent and professional. All stipulations were explained in advanced. The price was right and I really liked the Lofts. Unfortunately I did not meet the income guidelines, but for those of you who may the Lofts would be a great place to live. Everything is not for Everybody
