May look nice from the outside, but not that way from the inside...

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 1999
Half the complex is section 8 housing and not safe at all. Maintenance is worse than lacking....it's non-existent. Painters show up, do half the job, and never come back. Don't dare open up your window shades, for you will be harassed by other tenants, in the middle of drug deals. Good luck with your car, you may come out to find your windshield smashed, or worse, your car stolen. Don't put anything in the closet, because when it rains, some part of your roof will leak, mainly in the closets.
