This apartment complex is like a college dorm. The management fabricates stories about who the $ from gas/hot water bills go to...even though the checks are made out to the apt complex....Have you ever heard such nonsense'' They pay for now utilities and the place is a rats nest. I don't know how Manayunk allows such a slum to stay in business. When you first move in the management is nice BUT be forwarned...the sample apt. is nothing like the real thing. They paint in phone jacks, the wood cabinets have been here since the dinosaurs roamed the earth, the dry wall is thinner than paper, and the paint and carpet job STINKS!!! I think this place should be shut down and everyone paid their money back for having to put up with such a peace of DUNG for a dwelling space/apt. The maintanence is the worst and lazy as well as the management. Everyday there are NEW, novel charges to tenant accts....hmmm I wonder why'' They are GREEDY!!! We are supposed to be their customers and I feel like I am on Section 8 living here. They act like they are doing the complex a favor...they do NOTHING. When the pool is open you could catch a serious bacterial infection if you should dare to jump in...and you haven't heard the best part..You have to pay extra money to use the crappy, microbe infested, mosquito-dwelling they call a pool! State officials should come to this complex and see how disgraceful things are run...maybe then...things would shape up...Until then, stay away at all cost, while I wait till my lease is up so I can escape this HELL.
