I have been a resident since 1999, I heard about this web from a friend at work and was curious to see if the apt complex I live at was here. Some of the reviews are way off and I wonder who some of these people are. I know that there are problems but not as discribed in many of these reviews. Most of my neighbors have been here longer than a year so if things are that bad I would think there would be many vacants and people moving, that is not the case from whatI see. I have never met a greater bunch of people then the ones that work here from maintenance to management. There have been alot of improvements of the years since this owner has taken over. New driveways, painting of the exterior, landscaping, update on the units, new appliances. Where did these other people live' I will be renewing my lease for another year, rents are to high at other places in the area. there are alot of college students here and they live in the buildings behind me and I have only had to complain once, not so bad!
parking has improved and we now have assigned parking which is the best. the only problem is that some people still park in your spot, just call towing and problem solved. I walk to main st often that how close we are.

i would recommend this apt. to anyone that is looking for a reasonable rental rate and is a friendly person. great resident's!
