I found out today from a neighbor of mine here that the landlord is arbitrarily evicting people on month to month leases! Now, I already know how poor the maintenance and management is, but I was clueless to how poorly this place operates! I wonder if this is even legal' One of the people who is being evicted has small children! I found out from another neighbor about all this and I feel awful. I don't even know what to say to these people. I mean, they aren't the kind of people who cause trouble or don't pay their rent; they are really nice people and one apt is retired couple and the husband is handicapped! I couldn't believe it. My lease is up soon and I'm leaving! This place is ridiculous! I have the scent of dog poo out my bedroom windows and people screaming for their dogs at 7 in the morning, which I've complained about to management. They don't want to hear it! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, and that was prior to hearing about aritrary evictions!! Also, no visitor parking which is insane!

PEOPLE ARE EVICTED FOR A REASON. PARKING IS FOR RESIDENTS NOT VISITORS. MAYBE YOU SHOULD HAVE OFFERED YOUR SPOT TO THE VISITORS. I BELIEVE YOUR DOG BARKED AND POOED TOO.

It's obvious "GETALIFEIDIOT" is either the slumlord the owns this place or the office staff. You need to take your own advice idiot or better yet take the time you use to post at this site and address the tennets issues assh*le!
