Great Place, Totally Renovated in Prime Location

This place has been totally renovated and has large apts. The location is awesome and probally one of the best in the Philadephia area. I lived here because it's close to lots of popular restaurants, trendy cafes, shoppping, classy clubs and ritzy Main Line area. New pool and parking lot is new with great lighting.

The place is OK. Management has improved, but the renovations have been in the laundery rooms only. It is a good area, and less expensive than similar places. |

Yeah, if you like the smell of dog ---- through the windows and stepping in it all the time .. then, it's good! Also, the maintenance is terrible. Less expensive sure, or nobody would live here. Barking dogs, dog ----, noisy college student neighbors. It's the pits!
