Recently moved into these apartments, the place was not cleaned, rugs were soiled and many maitnence problems still unresolved (it's been 2 weeks). The walls are also very thin and you can hear everything.

They also advertise a great pool with a view, which they have but you have to buy pool passes to use it! I've never seen apartments charge for residents.
