Where do I begin'' Well the only reason I picked to live here was because the rent was cheaper than most places, however, each year the rent dramatically increases. If you haven't seen MGA they look like prison cells from the outside and the landscaping is horrendous. There is always garbage around the premises and no one ever picks it up. I was always embarrassed when I had people come visit. The inside was nice to begin with, however, after two floods my apartment was destroyed and no one ever bothered to fix the ceiling, carpet, etc. After the first flood, I notified the manager but nothing was ever done about it. So when my ceiling collapsed a second time I had to make several phone calls and about a month later they decided it was a problem and they replaced the roof. There is a leaky pipe in the hallway that caused our carpet to be wet all the time and the smell was unbearable . I complained and the pipe still leaks today. I also noticed brown spiders and termites all over my apartment. It was so bad I had to put a bug net over my bed because I would wake up and find them in my bed. They promised an exterminator would come, but surprise surprise he never showed up. During the first summer, my AC broke and it took them 2 months to fix it. I complained because it was taking them so long to fix it and they told me it is a luxury to have AC. The maintenance is horrible they have an emergency number but no one ever answers. It seems like the clientele gets younger and younger so noise is definitely a problem. You are assigned a parking spot, but I would come home to find someone s vehicle in my spot at least 3 times a week and the towing company never responded. There is always a different apartment manager because they can t get anyone to stay for longer than a month. When I moved out, they took my security deposit because I didn t give them 60 days notice in writing. However, I spoke with the manager at the time, gave her verbal notice, and she said she would take care of it and send me paperwork. Well, they lost the paperwork, but I didn t have a case because the manager at the time was gone when I moved out. Not only did they take my SD ($900) but they also sent me a bill for another $500 for cleaning (it was cleaner when I moved out than when I moved in), next month rent (for them losing the paperwork), damages, etc. So I hope after reading this you will agree this is not the place for you. It seems like less and less people are moving in finally people are realizing what a dump MGA really is!!!! P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS

Boy, can this be the same person writing these reviews? Again I pose the question why did you live there more then one year. Why did you not escrow your rent?
