I lived in MGA for a little over two years, and while I had some minor issues, they were always dealt with quickly. My biggest issue was with the one manager, I think her name was ---- or something like that, but she left just as I was leaving. I have always found the rest of the staff to be polite and very attentive. I had no issues getting my security deposit back when I moved out. I followed my lease (Gave 60 Day notice) and got it back with a month of leaving. If it wasn't for the fact that I bought a house, I would probably still be living there.
