My boyfriend has been living here in the Manchester apartments for about a year and a half now and I just moved in with him a few months ago and I like it here. When you look at the ratings on other apartments, we realized we had gotten a really good deal here! We don't have bugs or mice. Maintenance is good and friendly. It's really not too noisy. They do criminal background checks on everyone who wants to live here. Also, the Manchester won "Best in Apartment Living" for I think 2004 and 2006. A lot of other apartments are more expensive, but are smaller. Ours is a 2-bedroom and the rent is $795 for 825 square feet. So it's not a bad deal. The only thing I personally don't like is the laundry room. There's only one and it's in the other building. You have to buy tokens to use the laundry room and you get 8 tokens for $10. I just take my laundry home and do it at Mom and Dad's. Haha. Also, the parking gets on my nerves. If you try to park out front (on the street) past like 5 o'clock sometimes, forget it. (That's because a lot of people have 3 cars per household, which I think needs to be limited). But there is a parking lot. We just didn't get a parking permit yet.

So yes, I would definitely recommend the Manchester apartments, especially after reading about so many other apartments. I read that people get robbed in other apartments and they have mice and roaches. I feel very safe here. I haven't heard anything about robberies or anything. You also have the semi-private entrance and all, so. It's well worth your time to look into the Manchester apartments. =]
