A big THANK YOU to Maggie and the staff at Manchester Apartments. They have been fantastic in resolving any maintenance issues I have had along the way. They have also been so helpful and understanding in dealing with a troublesome neighbor.

Maggie is one of the most compassionate managers which I have dealt with in all my years of renting. She was very friendly and personable from the day I first looked into the complex. I feel like I can approach her with any issue and she is quick to resolution.

The first month I was in the apartment it was VERY hot and we ran the air conditioners A LOT. I was nervous about the PECO bill, but was surprised to see that it was less then $100.00 for that month. You can't beat that. My average bill has been about 60.00 a month. Utilities can be unpredictable...but this is exactly what Maggie told me to expect. Outside the electric, cable/internet/phone are the only utility bills you have to worry about.

The brand new washer and dryer which is only steps from my door are extremely convienient. They work great!!

I have had no problems with parking at all. Even if I have to park at the opposite end of the lot, all the spots are fairly close to where you live. There hasn't been one instance which there wasn't a parking spot available.

The noise really is minimal, unless you have a troublesome neighbor, the complex is extremely quiet. If you do run into someone making to much noise at unreasonable hours just let management know, they are quick to take care of everything.

I feel very secure in the building. The entrance to the building is locked, and the door to my apartment has two locks as well. The residents in my building were having a issue closing the back door, and management was quick to put a spring on the door to keep it closed once they recognized there was a problem.

I would definitly recommend the complex.
