Manchester Apartments is a great place to live. We moved in a two-bed room unit three months ago in a rush, we did not expect the unit to be fully ready. Guest what... It was so ready by the time we moved in just like Maggie said (new carpet, new kitchen, and new bath). Oh by the way, Maggie is our landlady/friend. She is a very friendly person. Also, Matt, one of the maintenance staff, is very helpful. So far we are very happy about this apartment.
