Great place-allows dogs-lg rooms

I have lived in the Marchwood for over 3 years and I love it. Large spacious rooms, allows dogs/cats, good rent for what you get, utilities are low (both electric & gas are less than 50 a month for me), convenient to public transportation, good deal for parking in garage, very nice landlord and maintenance is very helpful to me. Small mouse problem a couple years ago, but taken care of and haven't seen since. It is an older building with neat original pieces (i.e. french doors, built in bookcase, etc.) and nice hardwood floors. I am not moving again until I buy a place of my own. Convenient to shopping and center city.
