Marchwood Apartments

Lovely home From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/12/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   Marchwood has beautiful spacious apartments, with huuuge rooms. I love the layout, and the courtyard (majestic forest as I call it). There are problems with the area, 3 of my roommates (I've had 5 different ones in the 2 years I've lived here) have had their cars broken into (and one stolen). And the manager is inconsistent about rent (when he brought people to see our apartment he was telling them 795 while we pay 915 for rent. I park on the street which can be a long walk at night. I am not one to enjoy living in an apartment complex-and I am leaving to live in another (less aesthetically pleasing) place. As I just said to my roommate: if there is one apartment complex I had to live in, it would be this one. The place is gorgeous as are the apartments themselves-it's unique.
