The place and management SUCK. STAY AWAY. REALLY.

I have lived in many apartments before. This one is by far the WORST and here are the reasons:
Old Apartments - ALL apartments here are more than 30 years old with poor insulation and old appliances.
Bug infested place - Bugs here come through the vents, from under the carpet. This has happened to me and everyone that I know who live here.
Management staff and Management - Un-cultured. Impolite. Rude. You will not enjoy talking to them. You will see what I am talking about when you need something/anything after becoming a resident.
High Energy bills - I have paid $225 to $300 per month, every month, during winter for an average two bedroom apartment (I do not even spend the majority of my time in the apartment). That is a LOT. My friends with bigger homes pay less than me and stay warmer. The reasons behind high energy bills here is that apartments here are all more than 30 years old with poor insulation and old Appliances.
Two few amenities - One tennis court and One basketball court and they are always occupied.
College students as residents - Noisy place. I have woken up in the middle of the night, many nights, because of all the noise from my neighbours who live above where I live. I am young and I don't care too much about noise. But the place, even for me, is NOISY. If you are married or have kids, I would really advice you to stay away from here.
Here is my advice.. If you can't find anything else.. move in. If you can, STAY AWAY. This place SUCKS.

This is not the Marchwood Aparents located in Philadelphia.
Marchwood on Wissahickion ave is great place to live. How do I know that this is the wrong complex.
Marchwood does not have carpet,Basketball or tennis courts
Marchwood in Philly is a great place to live.
