Marchwood Apartments

AWEFUL From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/26/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   This place was great for the first 2 1/2 years until the new management came in over the summer. I CANT STRESS ENOUGH TO STAY OUT OF THIS APARTMENT BUILDING. The utility bills are outrageous (225 for heat last month!!!) The management does not want to deal with tenants at all. The other apartments they own are housing projects!!! They turned the heat off last weekend when it was 25 degrees out. My lease is up in the spring and it's not soon enough. STAY OUT OF MARCHWOOD
