I've lived at the Marchwood for 5 years and am proud to call it home. The new management and maintenance have a tough job to correct the problems the old manager left behind, but seem willing and very helpful. My utility bills are fair and I believe the negative comments are from a disgruntled tenant who must never turn their heat down!! Please allow those of us who call this home to enjoy our space

My heat is off and my bill is $400. Guess you just lucked out. Speak for yourself, because marchwood is going to crap.
