Q: HOW MANY ARE EMPTY NOW' more than a dozen! STILL WONDERING WHY''' #2: Many more apartments will be empty as the summer time approaches and lease terms end. WHY' - NO ONSITE MANAGEMENT! New management: She used to be here three times per week for two hours each day. I guess she was feeling overworked from not doing much and now she is only here two days per week for about an hour''' -NO PRIVACY. - They come into your apartment whenever for whatever - without previous notification. uhh... ILLEGAL''''' - VERY LITTLE UPKEEP OF PROPERTY. - Only one person to do everything. JUST NOT POSSIBLE! - GETTING UNSAFE.- don't be fooled by the video cameras...THEY DO NOT WORK! - great place to live in you want to THROW AWAY YOUR MONEY as they stiff you for HUNDREDS of dollars in bills that are completely made up! -
