I've been reading the reviews on The Marchwood and it seems that one person is very unhappy and wants to be heard. So I am the happy person who will respond! I can't thank the management enough for fixing some of the problems that were patched over for years, yes, including the heat. Yes, my costs have increased but so has everyone else's. Just look at the price of a gallon of gas or the cost of a gallon of milk. While you trash the new management, I have found them very easy to work with under these trying economical times. Management went beyond what was necessary to help me resolve my issue. So you can read all the negative reviews which seem to written by one very unhappy person, please take it in stride; The Marchwood is a beautiful place to live, easy to get to, a private parking lot and very caring staff. Thank you.

well i'm happy to see that you're enjoying the place, but do not dismiss the troubles of others as the rantings of one single person. my personal problem comes from the fact that i am being charged 300 a month for heat thats been off since january. and when was the last time you saw the staff on site for more than a few hours each week? honestly i have no idea why tom ever sold this place.

There is more then one unhappy person! If there was only one unhappy person then that wouldn't explain why there were 4 moving trucks in the back parking lot moving out the other weekend! By the end of Junee, 5 out of the 6 apartments on the first two floors of my building will be gone. There's 5 unhappy people right there! Looks like someone's math is wrong.
