I have lived in this building for a few years and am so happy with it, I was motivated to write a review. Recently when my lease was up, I looked around just to see what else was out there - my verdict' NOTHING that would compare to my living situation here.
For a fair price, you get excellent building management (a little eccentric, but once you get past that - super fast, attentive, and ALWAYS on site), clean apartments, respectful neighbors, washer and dryer in every apt! The neighborhood is nice, you can get out and walk to an organic grocery, pizza place, coffee shop, co-op, etc. You can park on the street, or pay extra for gated, secure parking. All residents seem very professional, keeps to themselves, and completely respectful of everyone else, which is really hard to find these days.
