Unlike many of the listed reviews, I find the Met to be a great building. Repairs are made promptly...within minutes of requests. The front desk staff is friendly and knows people by name. The hallways are lacking AC, but easy to understand since this place was built in the 1920's. Great views, lots of windows in apartments and great sunlight if you have an unobstructed view. By the way, the breezes through the windows on non-humid days are awesome. The only thing that would enhance my experience at the Met would be a little more outside lighting at the front door and a more prominent entrance....letting others now that this is a residential building, not just a random building.
