Decent.. but definitely not a "luxury" apartment

I've been living here almost a year. Overall, it's okay. Yes, the location is good, but food shopping can be a pain (unless you only shop at Reading Terminal Market). Repairs are made quickly. My fridge died and I reported it before I went to work. By the time I cam home, I had a new one, and all my food was in it.
Unfortunately, it's horribly overpriced. Also, I've heard rumors (and I've seen it firsthand) that the upper-level floors have roach problems.
There are plenty of places to park. If you park next door, it's expensive, but there's a parking garage 2 blocks away that's $5 per day on weekends. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
