The place is quiet and the neighborhood is very safe. The only downside is the "outdated" property. They tend to put "bandaids" on everything instead of replacing.

I tend to agree. The area is quiet but the properties are so old looking inside. I have a friend who recommended but when we saw the bathroom and kitchen we looked elsewhere.
