I lived there for 3 years, just recently moved out. It's an OK place to live, quiet, not too expense for the space. But the maintance was not that good, I had a leaky roof since I moved in and it was never fixed. And when you move out make sure the place is spotless or you will get a bill for general cleaning. And don't even think about getting your security deposit back, doesn't happen there. Just be careful!
